Qubit wanted to film this year’s Adobe Summit 2015 with 20 Frankensteins. They searched ‘utah video production’, found Levitate Online and gave us a call! The mission was to produce a flash mob style video on the fly with a 24 hour turn around time to their NY offices, to promote their http://www.DumpFrank.com website at the same time launching the release of their new software.
We were excited to take on this fast turn around Frankenstein Flash Mob video, so we put together our Levitate resources and assembled our team. 1 drone operator, 4 videographers, a director & quite a bit of excitement! First day of Frankenstein Flash Mob: 5am call time with 20 Frank’s getting full makeup done. The sun was just rising over the mountains as we made our way by van to the Adobe Summit right outside the conference doors. As participants arrived by taxi, chartered bus & by foot our Frankensteins invaded the scene, getting quite a bit of reactions, laughter & selfies. On their shirts read, ‘DumpFrank.com’ with people asking, “Who’s Frank?”
(If your reading this and your wondering the same thing, I suggest your check out their website, and see for yourself what DumpFrank is all about. I wouldn’t want to give away the surprise, so I’ll let you ponder in curiosity.)
With the Frankenstiens taking pictures with people, to hoola hooping and creeping around, feeling like the apocalypse had finally made it to Salt lake City, our crew had a blast filming this 2 day production with Qubit. Everything was fast, efficient and required a dedicated crew of creatives to capture this fun concept. And within 24 hours we had a trailer video cut and sent to NY.
